Gordon W. Barnes, 57, of Feeding Hills. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Whately by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for obstructing a stationary emergency vehicle.

Matthew E. Fowler, 19, of Montague City Road, Turners Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, in Deerfield by state police, but continued without a finding until 2/5/14, with victim witness assessment of $50. Found not responsible for failure to dim headlights. Charge of being present where heroin is kept, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

William A. Jackman II, 26, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, in Greenfield by state police, fined $35. Placed on pre-trial probation until 2/5/14 for operating with suspended license.

Jeffrey S. Stuart, 52, of Glastonbury, Conn. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Bernardston by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for number plate violation.

Donald Gover, “aka” Grover, 31, of Randall Road, Montague. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, in Greenfield, fined $500 with $100 surfine, plus OUI victim’s assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, with two-year loss of license, and must not operate a motor vehicle until the license is restored by the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient drug and alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $1,050. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $150 legal counsel contribution. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Sonny Dickinson, 38, of Stillwater Road, South Deerfield. Pleaded guilty to failure to stop for police, fined $80 and $20 surfine. Charges of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, both dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

James L. Jarvis, 27, of Third Street, Turners Falls. Found responsible for number plate violation, fined $35. Placed on pre-trial probation until 2/6/14 for operating with suspended license. Must pay $50 default warrant fee.

Chloe A. Pierzchala, 21, of Hope Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for shoplifting, at CVS in Greenfield, fined $50.

Danielle C. Graveline, “aka” Choiniere, 33, of Lee Road, South Deerfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor, in Sunderland, but continued without a finding until 11/6/14, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program and pay the fee of $567.22. Found not responsible for marked lane violation. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Jonathan C. Crowingshield, 19, of Woodruff Way, Northfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for leaving the scene of property damage, but continued without a finding until 2/7/14, with victim witness assessment of $50. Found not responsible for speeding. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Shane E. Johnson, 39, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, Charges of operating with suspended registration, and uninsured motor vehicle, both dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must perform 16 hours community service in lieu of $150 legal counsel fee.

Abigail Lubin, 23, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery, and intimidating a witness, were not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, the complaining witness has passed away; the commonwealth is now unable to establish a prima facie case against this defendant. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Joshua D Hastings, 29 of Third Street, Turners Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating with suspended license, but continued without a finding until 11/5/14, with victim witness assessment of $50, and must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to testing/screens.
