Shaun Michael Maynard, 35, of Park Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for operating with suspended license, in Colrain by state police, fined $100, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint.

Arthur H. Smith Jr., 60, of River Road, Deerfield. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed when a motion to dismiss was allowed.
