Morris L. Longley, 58, of Foundry Village, Colrain. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, in Greenfield, amended down from seventh offense, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, direct, with recommendation that it be served at Howard Street facility in Springfield; sentence is stayed until 10/17/13, and the $150 legal counsel fee must be paid. Charge of operating with suspended license, subsequence offense, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must have no alcohol, subject to testing, and must not operate a motor vehicle, until approved by the court. Must give DNA sample to state police Data Center.

Adam Bergeron, 32, of Pleasant Street, Greenfield. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, in Shelburne by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation,

Kara L. Bongiovanni, 24, of Fifth street, Turners Falls. Charge of being the owner of, or person in control of, a motor vehicle, and who knowingly permitted such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed, or whose license had been suspended or revoked, to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs.

Julio Lopez, 31, of Springfield. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, in Greenfield by state police, fined $50. Charges of operating with suspended registration, and uninsured motor vehicle, both dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Ben K. Herrera, 26, of Springfield. Charges of operating with suspended license, speeding. Possession of a class C drug, to wit, cocaine, with intent to distribute, and trafficking in cocaine, in Bernardston by state police, were not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, the defendant has pled guilty and been sentenced in Franklin Superior Court for charges stemming from this incident.

Kevin A. Moore, 23, of Amherst. Found responsible for speeding. In Colrain, fined $50, plus head injury assessment of $50. Found responsible for no license in possession, filed with defendant’s consent. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating with suspended license, but continued without a finding until 9/19/14 with victim witness assessment of $50. Must pay $250 probation supervision fee in total.

Joseph Campbell, 26, of Colrain Road, Greenfield. Found responsible for not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles standards, in Deerfield, found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Daniel David Jarvis, 25, of Elm Street, Shelburne falls. Charge of being the owner of, or person in control of, a motor vehicle, and who knowingly permitted such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed, or whose license had been suspended or revoked, in Greenfield by state police, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Ronald Thompson, 33, of Smith Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, in Greenfield by state police, fined $50. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

David L. Kozma, 53, of Main Road, Gill. Pleaded innocent to possession of class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, subsequence offense, in Northfield, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to testing/screens, advised of right to a drug examination, continued to 10/22/13 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Denis Francis Bordeaux, 63, of George Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating with license suspended for operating under the influence of liquor, violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law, to wit, failure to us care in stopping, starting, turning or backing. In Montague, released on personal recognizance, continued to 10/22/13 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

James Smith¸ 38, of Rumford, R. I. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, in Leyden, released on personal recognizance, continued to 10/29/13 for pretrial conference.

Mark S. Valone, 51, of south Mill River Road, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense in Whately by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 10/29/13 for pretrial conference.

Peter Sprague, 22, of South Mountain Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and for possessing/having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. In Bernardston, released on personal recognizance, continued to 10/22/13 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jonathan A. Hebert, 31, of Chicopee. Pleaded innocent to possession of class B drug, to wit, cocaine, subsequence offense, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, advised of right to a drug examination, continued to 10/29/13 for pretrial conference.
