Greenfield, April 10, Judge William Mazanec

Christopher J. Gorham II, 31, of Amherst. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, marked lane violation, speeding, and for possessing/having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/22/14 for pretrial conference.

Jillian Rawlins, 31, of Swamp Road, Whately. Pleaded innocent to intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/27/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Logan T. Remick, 31, of Bald Mountain Road , Bernardston. Admitted to sufficient facts for possession of Class B drug, to wit, acetaminophen/oxcycodone, in Montague, but continued without a finding until 4/9/15, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing/screens. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Kyle Hannum, 26, of Union Street, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/10/14 for being present where heroin is kept. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Michael W. Johnson, 49, of Place Terrace, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating with suspended license for operating under the influence of liquor, in Greenfield by state police, sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction, direct. Admitted to sufficient facts for being an operator refusing to identify him or her self, filed with defendant’s consent. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Roberto Rivera, 34, of Pratt Street, Erving. Charge of operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, to be dismissed on payment of $200 court costs. The $150 counsel fee has been paid.

Heather M. Marshall, 30, of Oak Courts, Greenfield. Found responsible for failure to wear a seat belt, in Shelburne by state police, fined $25. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Eric A. Parham, 33, of Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. Found responsible for operating with suspended license, in Deerfield by state police, fined $50. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.

Luis Vargas, 32, of Bradford Drive, Greenfield. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Northfield, fined $50. Found not responsible for marked lane violation, and speeding.

Kye Johnson, 23, of Main Road, Colrain. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Jordan A. Markham, 23, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating with suspended license, fined $50. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.

Jordan A. Markham, 23, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while his/her license is revoked as being an habitual traffic offender, fined $500.

Weldon C. Yarborough, 40, of Montague City Road, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, and assault to murder, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, and must have no alcohol, subject to testing, continued to 5/6/14 for bind over hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Raymond Wood, 25, of Meridian Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim. Continued to 5/12/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Evan J. Morgan, 26, of Oakman Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property under $250, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/12/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.

Mark W. Gallant, 27, of Pine Meadow Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violation, and speeding, released on personal recognizance, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to random testing/screens, and must not operate a motor vehicle until the case is resolved, continued to 5/6/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Orange April 14, Judge David S. Ross

Laura L. Kzmeski, 24, of Easthampton. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended registration, and operating with suspended license, in Shutesbury, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/16/14 for pretrial conference.

Jessica L. Fortune, 38, of Fitzwilliam, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, and motor vehicle lights violation, in Erving, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/22/14 for pretrial conference.

Sydney M. Snell, 20, of Blodgett Street, Orange. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle,

Sean M. Lavin, 39, of Hillside Road, Turners Falls. Pleaded guilty to larceny over $250, placed on probation until 4/11/16 and Must have mental health evaluation according to state law, and take any after care recommended, and must take and complete the restorative probation program. Must provide a DNA sample to the state police data center. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee or perform eight hours per month community service.

Orange, April 15, Judge David S. Ross

Nicholas D. Allen, 24, of Gardner. Pleaded innocent to failure to register as a Level II sex offender, in Orange, released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/30/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.
