Darren Favreau, 43, of Troy, N.Y. Charge of larceny over $250, was dismissed by the judge after hearing oral arguments on a motion to dismiss. The defendant is still being held on a charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant from New York, for a parole violation in that state, and which has yet to be processed here.
