Free Holiday Concert: Baystate Franklin Medical Center’s “Clinical Notes,” a hospital-based women’s a cappella chorus, will perform a free holiday concert, “Sing Noel,” Friday, 12:15 to 1 p.m. in the hospital’s Main Conference Rooms. Under the direction of Kathryn Aubrey-McAvoy, the group will perform both traditional and contemporary holiday and secular music. Hospital staff, patients, visitors and the public are invited.
Greenfield Moose Family Center: The center will serve baked pork chops on Friday at 6 p.m. Open to members and guests.
Hoop Shoot winners: Greenfield Lodge of Elks held its Hoop Shoot at the YMCA in Greenfield on Dec. 7. Winners: Girls, age 8 to 9, Emily Merritt; Boys, age 8 to 19, Ryan Cote; Boys, age 10 to 11, Gabe Zaccheo; Boys, age 12 to 13, Tyler Reade. Winners will move onto the District Shoot which will be held at Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange at a date to be announced.

Angels Have Wheels: Medicare recipients who suffer from conditions such as arthritis, cardiovascular disease and respiratory disorders and have difficulty walking or propelling a standard wheelchair, may be eligible to receive an electric wheelchair paid for by Medicare.
