One injured in 2-car crash on Bernardston Road

A police officer directs traffic past the scene of an accident in dense fog Sunday afternoon on Bernardston Road, or Routes 5 and 10, in Greenfield.
The two-car crash sent one driver to Baystate Franklin Medical Center with apparently minor injuries, according to police, while the other was issued a citation for failure to stop for a stop sign. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, reported at 2 p.m. at the mouth of Overland Road and police narrowed the road to one lane for a time.

Might this have been caused by the moron I saw cruising around the rotary in a fog-grey car, lights off in visibility reduced to a hundred feet or so? I saw what might have been the same dangerous driver heading that direction on Maple St. minutes later (fog too dense to be absolutely certain, but I hope there weren't two camouflaged, lightless vehicles menacing Greenfield's roadways.
