Ryan Suter, 29, of Gardner. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of drugs, operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding at rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, a passing violation, possessing more than two ounces of marijuana outside of the residence, and carrying a dangerous weapon, to wit, a hatchet and knife in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 1/8/18 for pretrial conference.

Orange, Dec. 8, Judge Mark Pasquariello

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 32, of Green Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to larceny from a person. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay away from and have no contact with a named person. Continued to 1/22/18 for pretrial conference.

Orange, Dec. 14, Judge David S. Ross

Brandon Bruinsma, 30, of Green Street, Athol. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.

Jerry A. Rocheleau, 27, of Winchendon. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/13/18 for pretrial conference.

Karl H. Kornfeld, 53, of Lowell. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Athol by state police, amended from operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/14/18, with head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, and speeding.

Patrick J. Canty, 49, of Royalston Road, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for license suspended from operating a motor vehicle, amended from having operated a motor vehicle after the license to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by reason of his or her having been found to be an habitual traffic offender. Fined $500, plus $125 surfine, with money due by 3/16/18. Found not responsible for no license in possession. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Greenfield, Dec. 15, Judge William Mazanec III

Jessica Giard, 25, of Elm Street, Buckland. Charge of being the owner of, or the person in control of, a motor vehicle, did knowingly permit such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed or whose license had been suspended or revoked in Greenfield. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs. Found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation.

Paul Taylor, 43, of Newton Street, Millers Falls. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Montague to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for speeding.

Robert J. Boyd, 31, of Adamsville Road. Colrain. Pleaded innocent to using a motor vehicle without authority, leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Colrain. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/21/18 for pretrial conference.

Robert J. Boyd, 31, of Adamsville Road. Colrain. Pleaded innocent to two charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, amended down from breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, one charge of leaving the scene of property damage, and one of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Monroe by state police. Different date from previous case. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/1/18 for pretrial conference.

Keith Bezio, 38, of Hinsdale, N.H. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense in Northfield dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for number plate violation, and motor vehicle lights violation.

Eugene B. Quinian, 34, of Chicopee. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, and for rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit.

David E. Soltero, 20, of Putney, Vt. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification in Bernardston by state police to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, and failing to apply for a motor vehicle title, both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Karrissa M. Lareau, “aka” Stebbins, 33, of Avenue C, Turners Falls. Placed on pretrial probation until 6/15/18 for operating with suspended registration in Greenfield. To be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license. Placed on pretrial probation until 6/15/18 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, with same conditions as in count one.

Bruce M. Spradling, 54, of Silver Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and strangulation or suffocation. Released on personal recognizance, with special conditions as must stay 50 yards away from, and have no contact with a named person, plus must stay 100 yards away from a specified address. Must comply with a GPS unit to be applied. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must report daily to probation office until a Scram unit is available. Continued to 1/25/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Bruce M. Spradling, 54, of Silver Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to criminal harassment, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and violation of an abuse prevention order, different date from previous case. Released on personal recognizance, with all special conditions as in the previous case. Continued to 1/25/18 for pretrial conference.

David L. Kozma, 48, of Main Street, Gill. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, a white powder substance, number plate violation to conceal identification, and unregistered motor vehicle in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 1/26/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Lisabeth L. Willey, 38, of Whitaker Road, New Salem. Pleaded innocent to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 1/9/18 for pretrial conference.

Letticia S. Freitas, 23, of Worcester. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $25, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Leonardo Castagnaro, 38, of Sanders Street, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for carrying a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/15/18 with victim-witness assessment of $90, and must have no drugs, subject to screens. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month to community service.

Brandon J. LeBlanc, 23, of Eagleville Road, Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, failure to drive in the right lane, operating with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/9/18 for pretrial conference.

Misty A. Zalewa, 36, of Stafford Springs, Conn. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification in Athol by state police dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.,

Gudradur D. Lamie, 32, of Laurel Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and unregistered motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/13/18 for pretrial conference.

Vanianaan Lavadie, 29, of Cambridge. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and number plate violation in Erving. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/12/18 for pretrial conference.

Brandon J. Dudley, 19, of East River Street, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a shod foot. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/13/19 with victim-witness assessment of $90, and must pay $100 restitution. Must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with a named person. Must have mental health evaluation and take any afte-care recommended and must remain employed. Admitted to sufficient facts for larceny from a person, amended from unarmed robbery. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/13/19, with same conditions as in count one. Pleaded guilty to assault and battery, but placed on probation until 12/13/19, with same conditions as in count one. Charge of larceny under $250, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the larceny under $250, has been amended to larceny from a person, engulfing this count.

Orange, Dec. 16, Judge David S. Ross

Zachary Drew, 25, of James Lane, Orange. Pleaded innocent to keeping a noisy and disorderly house, and for procuring liquor for a person under 21 in Orange. Bail set at $100 cash, by agreement. Continued to 1/19/18 for motion hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Dec. 18, Judge Michael Ripps

Michael D. Call, 42, of Deerfield Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. Released on personal recognizance, must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Continued to 2/7/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution.

Robert F. Knight, 48, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to strangulation or suffocation, and assault and battery on a person 60 or over, or disabled. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Continued to 2/5/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Suzanne C. Kirsch, 50, of Williamsburg. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Sunderland to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, and operating with suspended registration, were both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.
