Mom’s Quick Killer Kielbasa

Editor’s note: Jason Butynski is well known for contributing tasty kielbasa meals to the Recorder newsroom’s monthly potlucks. Here he shares a recipe from his mother, Jane Butynski.

Preheat oven to 350

Place kielbasa on oven sheet and gently poke holes in the kielbasa with a fork.

Take a bottle of barbecue sauce and pour it over the kielbasa.

Bake for a good hour, the barbecue sauce should be slightly burnt on.

Cut and serve with horseradish.
