Samantha A. Blanchette, 21, Green Street, Athol. Charges of larceny under $250 and larceny under $250 by false pretense. Bail set at $500. Continued to 7/20/18 for pretrial conference.

Greenfield, June 20, Judge William Mazanec III

Anne V. Sucliffe-Swanson, 33, of Woodstock, Vt. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws and being a person in violation of state law with a restricted license for operating a vehicle that had an ignition interlock in Greenfield by state police. Bail set at $1,000 cash. Continued to 8/8/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Steven F. Gross, 44, of Ludlow, Vt. Pleaded innocent to a violation of state highway traffic regulations, a marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, making an improper turn, operating a motor vehicle that wasn’t equipped with a certified functioning interlock device, while he or her license or right to operate, was restricted to operating only motor vehicles equipped with such devices, and failure to stop for police in Greenfield by state police. Bail set at $3,000 cash or $30,000 surety. Continued to 7/1718 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Orange, June 22, Judge David S. Ross

Keera C. Putnam, 22, of Templeton. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, in Athol by state police. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/21/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must complete a certified in-house outreach program. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and must have no drugs, and is subject to screens.

Kayleigh V. Chase, 25, of Pequoig Avenue, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/20/18 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and possessing a Class E drug, to wit, seroquel, in Warwick. Found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and speeding in violation of a special regulation. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service in lieu of the regular 16 hours. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Kayleigh V. Chase, 25, of Pequoig Avenue, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/20/18, different date from previous case, for possessing a Class E drug, to wit, seroquel. Second charge of possessing a Class E drug, to wit, amitriptyline, and one charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for charge of unregistered motor vehicle. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of the regular 16 hours.

Kayleigh V. Chase, 25, of Pequoig Avenue, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/20/18 for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, different date from previous cases. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, uninsured motor vehicle, and possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, all dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of the regular 16 hours.

Tyson L. Wilder, 29, of Main Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor. Bail set at $250 cash or $2,500 surety. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and is subject to screens and must stay away from a specified Chestnut Hill, Athol residence and must have no contact with a named person. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of the regular 16 hours.

Paul D. Vassar, 62, of Vassar Way, Gill. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Erving. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 9/21/18, with head-injury assessment of $250 and victim-witness assessment of $50. Found not responsible for no license in possession. and rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Michael A. Arsenault, 49, of Winchendon. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, possessing a Class E drug, to wit, LSD, and conspiracy to violate drug laws in Orange. Bail set at $1,500 cash or $15,000 surety. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and is subject to screens. Continued to 7/13/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Mary A. Arsenault, 49, of Winchendon. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possessing a Class E drug, to wit, LSD, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, suboxone, and a second charge of possessing a Class E drug, to wit, amoxicillin. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/13/18 for pretrial conference.

Nicholas G. Butland, 29, of Winchendon. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, and conspiracy to violate drug laws in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/13/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Joseph A, Deshiro, 40, of Anzio Road, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Inquiry made by the court under 276, Section 56A. A C276, Section 56A form was filed by the commonwealth. Allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Marcos Dasilva-Pereira, 23, of Troy, N.Y. Found responsible for an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $100, to be paid today. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation in Erving.

Samantha R. Pelc, 27, of Keene, N.H. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, in Orange. Fined $40, plus $10 surfine and victim-witness assessment of $50.

Steven Daniels Jr., 25, of Lake Ellis Road, Athol. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and unregistered motor vehicle in Erving both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for no registration in possession.
