Greenfield, Sept. 22, Judge William Mazanec III

Joanne M. Arsenault, 39, of East Street, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, percocet, and miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, to wit, failure to use care in starting, stopping, turning or backing in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Advised of right to drug examination. Continued to 11/9/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Sept. 25, Judge William Mazanec III

Victor L. Marquez, 44, of Fifth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault on family/household member, and intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official. Bail set at $200 cash, or $2,000 surety. Continued to 10/13/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jeanne E. Grover, 46, of Stillwater Road, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny over $250, and embezzlement/misapplication by fiduciary. Bail set at $500 cash, by agreement. Continued to 11/2/17 for pretrial conference.

Sean M. St. Hilaire, 27, of Main Road, Colrain. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine in Greenfield. Placed on probation until 9/24/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Must continue with current counseling, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs ordered by the judge. Charges of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, oxycodone, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Sean M. St. Hilaire, 27, of Main Road, Colrain. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield, different date from previous case, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Jeffrey W. Collins, 59, of Tyler Way, Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for operating under the influence, being a vehicle operator refusing to identify him or herself, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, receiving stolen property, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, and possession to distribute Class D, to wit, marijuana in Northfield. Bail set at $200 cash, by agreement. Continued to 11/2/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Shane A. Trudeau, 25, of Miles Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $50. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A, was found. Continued to 10/4/17 for pretrial conference.

Damien D. Johnson, 29, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Charge of possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, subsequent offense. To be dismissed on payment of $200 court costs. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Sean H. McPheters, 26, of Russell Street, Sunderland. Placed on pretrial probation until 3/23/18 for charges of assault and battery, three charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blunt object, a cast iron pan in the first of three charges, a blunt object, a metal rice pan in the second one, and a guitar in the third charge, and a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 value all in Greenfield and must be no abuse on the victim listed for all five charges. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Orange, Sept 25, Judge Mark Pasquariello

James S. Cosgrove, 40, of East River Street, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on family/household member, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/22/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must complete an approved nonviolent communications six-week course. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Frank H. Parker, 43, of School Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $100 cash. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Advised of right to bail review. Inquiry made by the court under 276, section 56A. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A was found. Continued to 10/10/17 for pretrial conference.

Richard A. Curtis, 44, of Taylor Hill Road, Montague. Placed on pretrial probation until 1/25/19 for negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Sunderland. Must take and complete the safe driver education program. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation. Must pay one-time $100 Probation Supervision Fee.

Michael J. Kostanski, 44, of Mountain Road, Gill. Failure to provide a DNA database sample in Greenfield by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 11/2/17 for pretrial conference.

Jennifer Smith, 26, of Brattleboro, Vt. Pleaded innocent to assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife, cutting instrument in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 11/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Kaleigh M. Wan, 24, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation in Deerfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 11/17/17 for pretrial conference.

Neyda M. Rosario, 32, of Springfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Ashfield. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, and it was paid this day. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation.

Steven P. Zank, 47, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no abuse of the alleged victim, and must have no alcohol and subject to screens/testing. Continued to 11/9/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Orange, Sept. 26, Judge David S. Ross

Jacklynne Dunn, 36, of Marble Street, Athol. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, and amended to operating after license suspended. To be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Charges of trafficking in 36 grams of cocaine, more, or less, than 100 grams, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, to wit, possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Bernardston by state police. Bail set at $2,000 cash, or $20,000 surety. Continued to 10/23/17 for bind-over hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
