Skye M. Cass, 24, of French King Highway Erving, Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/11/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must take and complete the Womenhood program. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Placed on pretrial probation until 12/11/18 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Found not responsible for no license in possession. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Greenfield, Dec. 12, Judge William Mazanec III

Monique R. Michaud, 26, of North Main Street, Orange. Charge of using a motor vehicle without authority in Greenfield to be dismissed on payment of $178 restitution, and must pay $150 of it today, and balance by 1/19/18. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Dec. 22, Judge Patrick Sabbs

Andrea Schempp, 38, of Pine Street Extension, Shelburne Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on family/household member in Buckland. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/22/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must continue with therapy. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Orange, Dec. 22, Judge David S. Ross

Amanda Livingston, 32, of Pine Street, Athol. Charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blunt object, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the Commonwealth cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the actions were not done in defense of another. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Dec. 28, Judge Michael Ripps

Edwin Moreno Jr., 32, of Franklin Street, Millers Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official in Montague. Released on personal recognizance, and must have no abuse of the alleged victim. Continued to 2/9/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Hali A. Bailey, 23, of Springfield, Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield by state police, amended down from possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin with intent to distribute. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/28/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must continue with the substance abuse program, and must verify treatment monthly, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs, or changes in treatment, ordered by the judge. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, failure to signal, speeding, and no license in possession.

Cameron L. Mitchell, 36, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to violation of an abuse prevention order in Greenfield. Bail set at $1,000 advised of right to bail review. Continued to 1/25/18 for pretrial conference. Must Pay $50 default warrant fee.

Bartolon, 39, of Griswold Street, Turners Falls. being the owner of, or the person in control of, a motor vehicle, did knowingly permit such vehicle to be operated by a person who was unlicensed or whose license had been suspended or revoked in Deerfield.
