Letter: Sharing with others
A woman told me that she and her husband raised their children. She knows all the duties a young wife with a family has to do: shopping, cleaning house, cooking, caring for the family, etc. When she encounters a young woman on the highway at a stop sign, she slows down to let the woman continue the pursuit of all her chores. Maybe she has a good idea — sharing the highway. She helps one person, and in so doing helps a family, and thus helps the community. WOW! Is it really that simple? She thinks of others.
I met her at Foster’s in Greenfield, a small town, where people think for themselves. Share our highway please, because you care about others. This could be your town, USA. Thanks.
