Deerfield Lions’ annual auto show set for Saturday

DEERFIELD — Car lovers will show off their classic and antique vehicles once again on Saturday at the Yankee Candle Village as part of the 22nd annual Antique, Classic Special Interest Auto Show by the Deerfield Lions Club.

Proceeds of the car show will support Lions charities, local youth and Scouting programs, scholarships, community-based visual needs and the Massachusetts Lions Eye Research Fund.

Car registration is limited to 225 antique, classic and special interest cars and trucks. Registration is recommended.

Trophies will be awarded to the top 40 participants. The award show starts at 2 p.m.

Free for spectators

The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Spectator admission is free. The rain date is July 21.
