Livability public meeting set for Thursday at 6:30

TURNERS FALLS — Last chance, for the moment, to weigh in on the village’s future.

The final Downtown Turners Falls Livability public meeting is scheduled for Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Discovery Center, 2 Avenue A, to gather input on the strategy as it stands.

The Montague planning team will present plans for the implementation of ideas and strategies to improve the quality of life in downtown Turners Falls, topics to include streetscape improvements, business development, mill redevelopment and sense of place.
