The Recorder reports this morning, Sept. 29, that First Light Power is preparing for a tour of its hydroelectric projects. Why does The Recorder refer to it as First Light without adding that the multinational water corporation GDF Suez SA bought all 15 First Light power plants in September 2008? My source is Bloomberg News (Sept. 2, 2008) and the Wall Street Journal (Sept. 3, 2008).
