Emily J. Poirier, 20, of Mount Hermon Station Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, and marked lane violation, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/22/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jonathan Santiago-Perez, 23, of Springfield. Found responsible for operating with suspended license, in Deerfield, fined $100, with payment today, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint. Found not responsible for speeding.

Timothy Schofield, 55, of South Main Street, South Deerfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed on payment of $25 court costs. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.

Christine A. Morrison-Rice, 48, of Petty Plain Road, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a person 60 or over or disabled, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a glass cup, and assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a fire/incendiary device, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/22/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Norman B. Tatro, 19, of Number Nine Road, Heath. Pleaded innocent to attempt to commit a crime, to wit, breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, in Heath by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/22/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jared Towne, 22, of Gill Road, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, possession of Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, and for possessing/having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/28/14 for pretrial conference.

Matthew E. Fowler, 19, of Millers Falls Road, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to possession of a Class E drug, to wit, burspirone hydrochloride, being present where heroin is kept, and no license in possession, released on personal recognizance, advised of right to a drug examination, continued to 9/23/14 for pretrial conference. Amando Lopez, 19, of L Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/4/14 for appearance of counsel.

Rebecca L. Kolosewicz, 26, of Chesterfield. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield by state police, filed, with defendant’s consent, for 60 days. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker.

Jason R. Ruttle, 43, of Hope Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a wall, and assault and battery, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, continued to 8/26/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $100 legal counsel contribution.
