Letter: A proven track record
As a longtime resident of Greenfield and Precinct 5, I have known Rob Wainstein for many years and have enjoyed working with him on a number of different community projects. Rob is a good listener, open-minded, fair, even-tempered, and intelligent. He works hard to reach a settlement or solve a problem in a judicious, even-handed manner, taking into account the needs and opinions of others. His credentials are many and are well-suited to serving as a representative of Greenfield’s Precinct 5. These include past president of NELCWIT (New England Learning Center for Women in Transition) and the Massachusetts Justice Project, serving on the board of directors of Franklin County Community Health Center as well as on the board of directors and personnel evaluation committee at Temple Israel. He has been a lawyer for 35 years and has been an advocate for the citizens of his community. He does not come with a personal agenda but rather is someone who has the skills and abilities to work well with others for the greater good of our precinct and our town. On a personal level, I have watched Rob as an involved parent raise terrific children. I urge all residents of Precinct 5 who are concerned about the future of Greenfield to vote for Rob Wainstein on June 10.
