Pleaded innocent to possession of class B drug, to wit, cocaine, violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law, a cracked windshield, violation of state highway traffic regulations, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield by state police, different date from previous case, bail set at $500 cash, by agreement, advised of right to a drug examination, continued to 7/18/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Miguel L. Sandri, 19, of Mountain Road Estates, Gill. Charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery on a police officer, were not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, the defendant has been found incompetent to stand trial, and unlikely to ever become competent.

Travis Tatro, 33, of Norton Hill Road, Ashfield.
