Daniel Kebba, 32, of Lilac Court, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a person 60 or over, or disabled, and assault and battery on family/household member. Cammy L. Dickinson, “aka” Truber, 42, of Myrtle Street, Greenfield. Charges of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, having a motor vehicle that isn’t meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards, and number plate violation were not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the commonwealth states the defendant has successfully completed the district attorney’s Drug Diversion program.

Must not drive until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license. Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient alcohol education program. Must have no alcohol for one-year and subject to screens, and must have a Scram unit applied. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 3/16/20, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Charge of disorderly conduct, dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month to community service, but it is waived while in residential treatment.
