Greenfield, Aug. 4, Judge William Mazanec III

Lisa M. Heath, 41, of Davis Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until 12/4/17, and no driving until obtaining a valid driving license. Found not responsible for failure to wear a seat belt.

Greenfield, Aug. 7, Judge William Mazanec III

Adam Cicia, 36, of Graves Street, South Deerfield. Pleaded guilty to larceny from a building, in Sunderland. Placed on probation until 2/6/19, with victim-witness assessment of $90, and same conditions as in another case. Must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with specified farm stands in Sunderland. Charge of possessing a burglarious instrument dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Rafael Matthews, 38, listed as homeless, of Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, subsequent offense. Sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction, direct and concurrent with another case. Given credit for time served and all monies were remitted. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Patricia A. O’Connell, 68, of Chicopee. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, this date. Charge of violation of state highway traffic regulations, fined $20, paid this day.

Timothy W. Pike, 28, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 11/9/17 for pretrial conference.

Michael E. Podolski, 44, of Pierce Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating with suspended registration. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, to be paid by 9/15/17. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Cody W. Jobst, 25, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact with an alleged victim. Continued to 9/28/17 for pretrial conference. Must perform 16 hours community service in lieu of legal counsel fee.

Darren C. Duke, 34, of Springfield. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification in Deerfield by state police. To be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for registration sticker missing, unregistered motor vehicle and no registration in possession.

Danny Ayala-Calcano, 26, listed as homeless, in Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on family/household member, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, three months direct, balance suspended, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, plus any after-care treatment recommended, including a residential program, must attend and complete a certified batterers program and must have no abuse of the victim. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Kurt W. Jobst, 70, of Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance, continued to 9/28/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Kyle T. Labelle, 23, of Montague City Road. Pleaded innocent to number plate violation to conceal identification, and uninsured motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 9/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Christopher Bernard, 31, of Allen Street, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery, but continued without a finding until 8/7/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing, and must continue with substance abuse evaluation, concurrent with participation in the use of the Sobrietor unit as recommended by probation office. Admitted to sufficient facts for resisting arrest, and assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife, and the same conditions as in count one. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Janiqua K. Wright, 21, of Richmond, Va. Pleaded innocent to trafficking in 0.36 grams or more or less than 100 grams of cocaine, trafficking in 100 grams or more, or less than 200 grams of heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug laws, number plate violation to conceal identification, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Deerfield by state police. Bail set at $50,000 cash, or $500,000 surety. Continued to 9/7/17 for bind over hearing.

Fitzroy G. Gayle, 54, of Hadley. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, placed on probation until 2/8/18, but must have no driving without a license. Found not responsible for being an operator sending/reading an electronic message. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

David B. Pinkham, 66, of Congress Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for burning personal property, amended down from arson of a dwelling house, but continued without a finding until 8/7/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50, must continue with counseling, and must attend four AA meetings a week. Admitted to sufficient facts for disconnecting a sprinkler system, but continued without a finding until 8/7/18, with same conditions as in count one. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Marco Morales, 29, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, unregistered motor vehicle, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle in Sunderland. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 9/11/17 for pretrial conference.

Must pay OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until 8/7/18 with all the same conditions as in count one. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and open container of marijuana in a vehicle.
