Crystal A. (Hill) Cromack, 44, of Stanley Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin with intent to distribute. Sentenced to two years in the house of correction, concurrent with another case, and time was started back on 11/7/17. Given credit for time served. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation.

Greenfield, Dec. 8, Clerk Magistrate Kenneth Chaffee

Meagan A. Vazquez, 37, of Lake Pleasant Road, Lake Pleasant section of Montague. Pleaded innocent to number plate violation, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 2/2/18 for pretrial conference.

Gary M. Gauthier, 38, of Laurel Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, sentenced to two years in the house of correction, nine months direct. Balance suspended until 2/10/19, with two years loss of license. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Pleaded guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sentenced to the same two years in the house of correction, nine months direct. Balance suspended until 2/10/19, and all other conditions as listed in the previous count. Pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife. Sentenced to nine months in the house of correction, direct, with victim- witness assessment of $90, concurrent with the first count, and with credit for time served. Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Placed on probation until 2/10/19, with same conditions as in the first count. Charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 value dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation, and failure to stop/yield. Admitted to sufficient facts for breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, amended down from breaking and entering a vehicle or boat at nighttime with intent to commit a felony. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens and testing. Must comply with the Scram program must have no abuse of the victim, and must report daily to probation until the Scram unit can be applied. Pleaded guilty to larceny over $250, by a single scheme, and uttering a false check, placed on probation until 12/11/18 with same conditions and concurrent with the first count. Two more charges of forgery of a check and two more of uttering a false check were all dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, but may be waived while she is paying $50 a month on the restitution.

Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 12/11/18, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Charge of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Placed on pretrial probation until 2/17/18 for charges of larceny over $250, and conspiracy, with same conditions as in the first count.
