David G. Thompson, 32, of Enfield, Conn. Found not guilty following a jury trial for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent in Deerfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 9/11/18, with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must take and complete the safe driver education program. Found responsible for speeding. Fined $100. Found responsible for marked lanes violation. Fined $100. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Katharine Kemble-Lund, 25, of Hatfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Jennifer M. Doolittle, 38, of Glen Road, Northfield. Charge of shoplifting at Family Dollar in Montague was dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Jennifer M. Doolittle, 38, of Glen Road, Northfield. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification and uninsured motor vehicle, different date from previous case, in Greenfield. Both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle.

Orange, March 23, Judge David S. Ross

Giordan Noetzel, 21, of Springfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 7/23/18, for malicious destruction of property over $250 value and must pay $485 restitution to the Town of Erving. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Brandon J. Barilone, 19, of Chase Road, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery on family/household member. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 3/22/19, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the anger management program. Must have no drugs or alcohol, and is subject to random screens. Admitted to sufficient facts for threatening to commit a crime, to wit, assault and battery, and resisting arrest. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 3/22/19, with all the same conditions as in count one. Charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace were both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Pleaded innocent to larceny of a motor vehicle, being a vehicle operator refusing to identify himself, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, no license in possession and rate of speed exceeding the posted limit in Erving. Bail set at $250 cash or $2,500 surety. Advised of right to bail review. Continued to 5/7/18 for pretrial conference. Steven T. Manjourea, 28, of Adams Drive, Athol. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, seven charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and four charges of larceny under $250. Bail set at $500 cash or $5,000 surety. Advised of right to bail review. Continued to 4/23/18 for pretrial conference. Justin J. Cote, 23, of Daniel Shays Highway, Orange, Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $75, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Laura Cecchini, 31, of Fitchburg. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 3/22/19, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month of community service.
