Christine M. Hawley, 25, of Devens Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating with suspended registration to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.

James A. Andrews, 38, of French King Highway, Gill. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense in Deerfield to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, and it was paid. Found not responsible for speeding.

Lucas Johnson, 21, of School Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to three charges of improper use of a credit card under $250, and three charges of larceny under $250. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/9/18 for pretrial conference.

Greenfield, March 19, Judge Mark Pasqurello

Foster M. Menson, 20, of Northampton. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, marked lanes violation, and leaving the scene of property damage in Greenfield by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/30/18 for pretrial conference.

Robert J. Decker IV, 39, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, reckless endangerment of a child, and intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official. Released on personal recognizance. Must take medication as prescribed. Must continue with mental health treatment, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs ordered by the judge. A C276, Section 56A form was filed by the commonwealth. Allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found. Continued to 5/2/18 for pretrial conference.

Orange, March 19, Judge David S. Ross

Enrique Cintron, 38, of South Main Street, Orange. Pleaded innocent to having operated a motor vehicle after the license to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by reason of his or her having been found to be an habitual traffic offender, and two charges of marked lanes violation in Athol. Released on personal recognizance, with conditions of release being having GPS applied, and must have no driving, ordered by agreement, until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Malcolm L. Green, 58, of Hopewell, Va. Pleaded innocent to carrying a firearm without license, possessing ammunition without an FID card, marked lanes violation, and possessing a Class B drug, to wit, meth, in Athol by state police. Bail set at $500 cash. Continued to 5/7/18 for pretrial conference.

Cidney Clark, 23, of Shore Drive, Athol. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Scott E. Lunny, 35, of Hapgood Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 5/7/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Megan R. Brown, 24, of Adams Drive, Athol. Pleaded innocent to larceny over $250 from Walmart in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/17/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Theodore A. Descavich, 61, of Mormon Hollow Road, Wendell. Pleaded innocent to wanton destruction of property under $250 in Wendell by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/27/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Benita J. Paxton, 28, of Lowell. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Erving. Filed until 3/20/18. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, and marked lanes violation, Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 default warrant fee.

Natalia Rivera, 26, of Summit Street, Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Emily Davis, 24, of Westminster. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member in Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Inquiry made by the court under 276, Section 56A. A C276, Section 56A form was filed by the commonwealth. Allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found. Continued to 4/27/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Angela M. Gore, 42, of Silver Lake Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, and rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit in Erving. Jone Bohmer, 32, of Montague City Road, Turners Falls. Found responsible for disturbing the peace in Greenfield. Fined $50, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Amanda DeWitt, 38, of West Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and no inspection sticker in Bernardston by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 5/4/18 for pretrial conference.

Robert O’Brien, 30, of Colrain Road, Greenfield. Found responsible for miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, to wit, possessing an open container of, and/or drinking, alcohol in public. Fined $25 and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.

Jay T. Mohler-Avery II, 26, of Forest Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and violation of state highway traffic regulations. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 5/1/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $50 counsel contribution.

Danielle C. Gonzalez, 35, of Bacon Street, Orange. Charge of rape of a child was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, a replacement complaint has issued.

Eric F. Zewiey, 53, of Unity Avenue, Athol. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack cocaine, and possessing a Class E drug, to wit, gabapentin in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 5/7/18 for pretrial hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Shawn M. Arsenault, 26, of Fitchburg. Pleaded guilty to larceny over $250 in Orange, at Walmart. Sentenced to nine months in the house of correction, but the sentence goes back to 2/23/18. Pleaded guilty to the same larceny over $250, at Walmart with the same nine months, and the same nuc pro tunc, to 2/23/18. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
