David Timberlake-Salter, 33, of Pond Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and using a motor vehicle without authority. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens, and must report daily to probation office until a Scram devise can be applied. Continued to 4/4/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Eric R. Bell, 28, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery on a pregnant victim, disorderly conduct, and of threatening to commit a crime, to wit, murder. Ordered held for a dangerousness, hearing, and ordered held without bail. Continued to 3/27/18 for pretrial conference.

Penelope I. Pattalochi, 43, of Orchard Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and motor vehicle lights violation. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 5/31/18 for pretrial conference.

Ariana Barber-Blanchard, 25, of Juniper Court, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 8/31/18 for larceny over $250 and must pay $600 restitution to the victim, at $100 per month, and can be terminated only if the balance is paid in whole earlier than the probation time. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Kyle A. Gabaree, 27, of Chestnut Hill Avenue, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, subsequent offense. Released on personal recognizance. Pleaded innocent to leaving a firearm in a vehicle, possessing a large capacity firearm, storing improper large capacity firearm, possessing a firearm without a firearms identification card, and failure to surrender any firearm/license/FID card. Patrick E. Wright Jr., 36, of North Adams. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, and being present where heroin is kept in Deerfield by state police. Bail set at $200 cash, or $2,000 surety. Continued to 4/2/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Adrian O. Trout, 28, of East Hartford, Conn. Found responsible for failure to stop for police in Greenfield by state police. Fined $50. Found responsible for violation of left lane restrictions, filed until 6/1/18 with defendant’s consent, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Found responsible for number plate violation, filed with defendant’s consent. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, amphetamine, and being present where heroin is kept in Greenfield by state police. Placed on probation until 2/28/20, with $500 fine, and $100 surfine, plus head-injury assessment of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens. Must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient alcohol education program. with loss of license, according to Registry of Motor Vehicles. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Kyle M. Haueisen, 27, of Abbott Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent. Placed on probation until 2/28/20 with loss of license, according to Registry of Motor Vehicles. Fined $500 plus $100 surfine with head-injury assessment of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and victim-witness assessment of $50, Must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient alcohol education program. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for failure to stop/yield, marked lanes violation, and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Noah Boles, 36, of Marblehead. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, in Greenfield, third offense was amended down to second offense. Placed on probation until 2/28/20. Fined $500, plus $100 surfine, and head-injury assessment of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens, and must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient alcohol education program within six months. Pleaded guilty to distributing class D, to wit, marijuana, placed on probation until 2/28/20 with all the same conditions as in count one, and concurrent with that count. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Mathew P. Durand, 34, of Chicopee. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 2/28/19, with head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended. Must take and complete the Brains at Risk program, and must have no drugs, and subject to screens. Charge of operating under the influence of drugs was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, after reviewing the evidence, the defendant is pleading to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and is an appropriate resolution of this case. Found not responsible for miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw, to wit, failure to use care in starting, stopping, turning or backing, Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service, and marked lanes violation. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Priscilla Texdor, 27, of Harris Court, Greenfield, Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, complaint filed by member of the public. Released on personal recognizance, Must abide by any 209A restraining order in existence. Continued to 4/2/18 for pretrial conference.

Codie R. Kratt, 23, of Hope Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to receiving stolen property, in Deerfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/25/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Orange, March 1, Judge David S. Ross

Jeremy J. LeBlanc, 38, of Common Street, Athol. Found guilty following a jury trial for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, placed on probation until 3/1/19, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, and no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Found not guilty for leaving the scene of property damage, following the jury trial. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month to community service.

Adam J. Knox, 36, of Lowell. Pleaded innocent to violation of an abuse prevention order, in Athol. Bail is by GPS. Continued to 3/19/18 for pretrial hearing. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Zachary C. Bryson, 26, of Chicopee. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification in Deerfield to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.

Peter Sprague, 26, of Burrows Turnpike Road, Bernardston. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.

Archie Golden, 53, of West Springfield. possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs. Found responsible for rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit. Fined $50. Charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for second charge of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Daniel S. Jenks, 30, of Bouker Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield by state police. Fined, $500 plus $125 surfine, Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Morgan B. Thomson, 29, of Fort Square East, Greenfield. Found responsible for rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit. Fined $100. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Mariejoe Lauture, 24, of Deerfield Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to larceny over $250 by a single scheme, seven charges of uttering a false check, seven charges of forgery of a check, and one charge of larceny under $250. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay 50 yards away and have no contact with the alleged victim, and stay away from a Green River Road location. Continued to 4/26/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Michael D. Call, 42, of Deerfield Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense. Placed on probation until 8/30/19, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license. Must have no alcohol and subject to screens. Must have Scram program and must go daily to probation office until the Scram unit can be installed. Must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care recommended. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on request of the commonwealth.
