Greenfield, Feb. 16, Judge William Mazanec III

Darnell L. Turner, 25, of Northampton. Admitted to sufficient facts for disorderly conduct, subsequent offense. Sentenced to six months in the house of correction, direct, and no credit for time held. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Feb. 20, Judge William Mazanec III

Michael G. Richotte, 52, of Worcester Avenue, Montague. Pleaded innocent to violation of harassment prevention order. Must stay 100 yards away from and have no contact with a named person, and from wherever the alleged victim resides. Must report to probation office until a Scram unit can be applied, but on 2/22/18 a notice of noncompliance was filed, and bail was revoked by Judge Maureen Walsh, and ordered up to 90 days and continued to 3/5/18 for pretrial conference. Must perform 16 hours community service in lieu of legal counsel fee.

Sarah M. Ward, 34, Cottage Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and being an operator of a motor vehicle while sending/reading an electronic message in Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/19/18 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Jacque Coleman, 29, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to violation of an abuse prevention order in Montague. Bail set at $5,000. Continued to 4/5/18 for pretrial conference.

Devin R. Reade, 37, of unknown residence, in Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to trespassing and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. Bail set at $200 cash, and must stay away from a specified Mohawk Trail location. Continued to 4/5/18 for pretrial conference.

Amanda M. Thatcher, 40, of Walls Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Bail set at $500 cash, advised of right to bail review. Continued to 2/28/18 for pretrial conference.

Christopher R. Stevens, 35, of Pratt Street, Erving. Pleaded innocent to wanton destruction of property under $250 in Bernardston. Continued to 3/16/18 for pretrial conference.

Michael R. Boyer, 28, of Main Street, Northfield. Pleaded innocent to breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny over $250 by a single scheme, and malicious destruction of property over $250 value. Bail set at $20,000 cash, or $100,000 surety. Continued to 3/23/18 for pretrial conference.

Harry Foster Jr., 50, of Gardner. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and disorderly conduct in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 4/5/18 for pretrial conference.

David Blair, 55, of Prospect Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Deerfield by state police to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs.

Randi L. Craib, 31, of Maple Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, motor vehicle lights violation, motorcycle equipment violation, and unregistered motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 3/29/18 for pretrial conference.
