Russell M. Griffin, 34, of High Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of drugs, and a breakdown lane violation, in Erving, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/27/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Robyn L. Wallace, 46, of Stone Valley Road, Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and speeding in violation of special regulation, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/30/16 for pretrial conference.

Sarah R. Kennedy, 35, of West river Street, Orange. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, in Athol. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Joshua E. Cabral, 28, of McGregor Street, Athol. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, in Erving. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Nicole M. Cassarino, 25, of Riverbend Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of property damage, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/27/16 for pretrial conference.

Yaw Koosono-Ampem, 29, of Chicopee. Charges of operating with suspended registration, and uninsured motor vehicle, in Erving, both dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker, no registration in possession, and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name or address change.

Michael L. Williams, 36, of Gidney Road, Orange. Charge of larceny over $250, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by the district attorney, the defendant has successfully completed the Northwestern District Attorney’s Drug Diversion and Treatment Program.

Steven J. Lord, 20, of Williamsburg. Admitted to sufficient facts for open and gross lewdness, but continued without a finding until 12/1/17, and must have no alcohol, and subject to screens and testing, and must have mental health evaluation and take any after-care counseling as directed by probation, and concurrent with a sentence in a previous case; Charge of possession of obscene matter with intent to distribute, was dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Daniel B. Mathers, 39, of Enfield, Conn. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield, bail set at $500, cash, by agreement, continued to 1/20/17 for pretrial conference. Must serve 30 hours community service in place of legal counsel fee.

Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, fined $25, to be paid by 1/20/17 and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Jakob N. Pike, 26, of East Barre, Vt. Placed on pretrial probation until 4/10/7 for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, with $100 one-time payment for probation supervision fee, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license.
