SHUTESBURY — The single uncounted ballot that could break the deadlocked library vote in Shutesbury will remain sealed until the Board of Registrars determines if it was cast by an eligible voter.
Town Clerk Leslie Bracebridge told nearly 40 people who gathered at the Shutesbury Elementary School on Saturday morning that the ballot will to be treated as “provisional,” following the advice of town counsel Donna MacNicol.
