Mayor looks for budget to ‘bolster’ departments

GREENFIELD — Budget season is upon the town and the mayor is looking to “bolster and strengthen” all departments.
“In my first year, I offered a zero-based budget,” said Mayor William Martin. “Last year, it was all about stabilization. This year, we need to start strengthening our departments. We need to get them all to a point, once again, where they can resist and survive problems that come along.”
