GREENFIELD — The local real estate developer who renovated the former Mix ‘n’ Match building on Olive Street, turning it into a green apartment building, has purchased another old building in town and has plans to do something similar.
Mark Zaccheo has purchased the vacant brick school building at 51 Allen St. from a developer in Spencer for $80,000.
