Nov. 23-27

Athol

Monday, cheese quesadillas, salsa sauce, green beans, bologna and cheese, Spanish rice; Tuesday, toasted cheese sandwich, pasta salad, bologna and cheese, yellow beans; Wednesday, no lunch; Thursday, holiday; Friday, no school. Fresh fruit and a variety of milk with each meal. Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat available everyday. Breakfast is also served.

Bernardston Elementary

Monday, fish on a bun, lettuce and cheese, oven fries; Tuesday, rotini with sauce, garden salad, Italian bread; Wednesday — early release: bagels, yogurt, juice; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess.

Buckland-Shelburne

Monday, french toast sticks, omelets, syrup, applesauce; Tuesday mozzarella stuffed bread sticks, dipping sauce, corn; Wednesday early release day — no breakfast or lunches served; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess — no school. No salad bar available on Monday or Tuesday. Milk and fruit served with lunch. Turkey sandwich served daily as alternate lunch. Breakfast is also served.

Conway Grammar

Monday, grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup with crackers; Tuesday, pizza, vegetable; Wednesday, half-day; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Vegetable and fruit served with each lunch.

Deerfield Elementary

Monday, chicken patty in bun, lettuce and tomato, steamed carrots; Tuesday, bagel melt (ham and cheese), chicken noodle soup, celery sticks; Wednesday, half-day — no lunch served. Thanksgiving recess begins. Fruit and milk served with each lunch. Alternate lunches: salad, turkey or the school’s newest addition: sunbutter (tastes like peanut butter, but peanut (free) and jelly.

Franklin County Tech

Monday, barbecue rib on a bun, french fries, corn; Tuesday, spaghetti with meat sauce, grated cheese, green beans, garlic bread; Wednesday to Friday — Thanksgiving recess. Fruit and milk served with each lunch. Fresh fruit and a vegetable is offered daily. A pasta meal, salad plate or four different meal deals are offered daily as an alternate lunch. Ala carte items are available.

Frontier

Monday, macaroni and cheese, broccoli; Tuesday, whole-grain pizza, chicken noodle soup, coleslaw; Wednesday, half-day; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Daily offerings: 100 percent assorted juices, milks, fruits and sunbutter sandwiches. Offered daily as alternate meal: deli bar and salad bar.

Greenfield Elementary

Monday, barbecue rib-a-que sandwich, pasta salad, veggie and fruit of the day; Tuesday, spaghetti and meatballs, garden salad with dressing, bread and margarine, veggie of the day; Wednesday, picnic lunch: hot dog in a roll, Lay’s Baked Chips, veggie sticks, fruit by the foot; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Daily alternate: Choice 1: sunflower butter sandwich on whole wheat bread offered daily. Choice 2: Monday, deli turkey on whole wheat; Tuesday, ham and cheese roll up; Thursday, bologna and cheese on wheat roll; Friday, tuna salad pita pocket. Alternates include two sides and a milk.

Greenfield High & Middle

Monday, BBQ Rib a Q Sandwich, oven fries, veggie and fruit of the day; Tuesday, spaghetti and meatballs, spaghetti and tomato sauce, garlic bread stick, veggie and fruit of the day; Wednesday, early release; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess.

Hawlemont

Monday, tacos, rice, lettuce and tomato, salad bar; Tuesday, hot dogs, french fries, corn; Wednesday, one-half day — breakfast will be served. Lunch will not be served; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Milk, fruit and salad bar with each lunch. All bread is homemade. Breakfast is also served.

New Salem

Monday, spaghetti with meatless sauce, shredded cheese, garlic bread; Tuesday, cheeseburger, lettuce and tomato; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Milk served with every lunch. Breakfast is also served.

Northfield Elementary

Monday, turkey sandwich, lettuce, broccoli soup; Tuesday, beef or cheese ravioli, bread; Wednesday, early release — peanut butter and jelly sandwich, Doritos; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Lunch includes fruit and milk. Breakfast is also served. Peanut butter and jelly/ham sandwich or salad is available daily. No salad or alternative lunch on early release days.

Pearl Rhodes Elementary

Monday, homemade macaroni and cheese; Tuesday, tuna wrap, lettuce, chips; Wednesday, early release — pancakes, soup and breadsticks; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess.

Sunderland

Monday, hot dog, baked beans, corn, potato pancakes, salad bar; Tuesday, whole-grain pizza, chicken noodle soup, salad bar; Wednesday, half-day; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Fruit served with each lunch. Student lunch includes a beverage. Deli sandwiches, chef salads are offered daily as alternate meals.

Whately

Monday, chicken patty sandwich, pasta salad, chips and fruit; Tuesday, homemade macaroni and cheese, garlic bread and fruit; Wednesday, half-day — no lunch served; Thursday and Friday, Thanksgiving recess. Fruit served with each lunch. Grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich is served as an alternative lunch daily. Choice of chocolate or skim white milk is served with all meals.
