Ham dinners to be served April 27

NORTHFIELD — St. Patrick’s Church at 80 Main St. will offer to-go meals on Saturday, April 27, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Meals will consist of spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, carrots, coleslaw, a roll and dessert. The price is $15.

Reservations are required by Tuesday, April 23, by calling Kelly at 413-824-6123.

CPR, first aid classes on horizon

BERNARDSTON — A CPR class will be held on April 25 and a first aid class will follow on May 2, with both starting at 5 p.m. at the United Church of Bernardston.

Participants will leave each class, taught by the Institute for Wild Med, with a nationally recognized certification. The classes will be discounted at rates of $20 per class or $30 for both classes thanks to a grant secured by the Franklin Regional Council of Governments’ Cooperative Public Health Service on behalf of local boards of health.
