Monday, March 25

10:43 a.m. — Caller on East Main Street is concerned about other tenants dumping items outside of the property and throwing clothing on power lines. A pair of pants was discovered hanging from the cable wire.

2:43 p.m. — Reporting party from Turners Falls High School states there is a male party standing outside the school on the sidewalk, staring at the school. Male party is a school employee waiting for his ride.

Tuesday, March 26

3:22 p.m. — Reporting party states his hubcaps were stolen off his vehicle during school at Franklin County Technical School. He states his friends overheard it was some freshmen from his shop. Incident referred to an officer.

Wednesday, March 27

7:49 p.m. — Caller from Swamp Road reports there is construction across the road from his house and there is a work truck there. Caller is unsure why it’s there as it is dark outside. He would like it checked out. Officers advised no one is there. The vehicle that is parked there belongs to the party building on the property.

Thursday, March 28

5:49 a.m. — Caller on Third Street reports seeing an individual who appears to be going up to vehicles on the street and checking to see if the doors are locked. Officers advised.

9:51 a.m. — Caller reports a vehicle on fire on Seventh Street.

11:48 a.m. — Animal control officer checking on an injured swan on Canal Street.

Friday, March 29

6:28 a.m. — Caller reports someone broke into a building on Power Street. Reporting party advises there is broken glass and what appears to be a pipe that was used to gain access. Caller is unsure if someone is still inside the location. Officer advises he is checking the premises with the manager and no entry was made. Wooden panel was pried open with a pipe. Nothing taken and nobody on scene upon arrival.

6:23 p.m. — Small porch fire reported on Third Street. Will be able to be extinguished. Mutual aid canceled. Fire was contained to one corner of the porch.

Saturday, March 30

3:51 p.m. — Reporting party states there was a red Volkswagen Jetta driving northbound on Montague City Road at speeds of at least 80 mph and passing other vehicles illegally. Car is now parked at Family Dollar. Officers advised.

9:37 p.m. — Caller on Newton Street reports a loose brown and white dog wearing a harness. Officer advised.

Sunday, March 31

1:08 a.m. — Caller on Third Street reports there are kids outside with a punching bag yelling and laughing, causing a disturbance. Nothing found upon arrival.
