If Trump loses the upcoming presidential election, he is fully aware he could be facing a trove of federal and state felonies which if convicted, sent to prison. The possible federal offenses include: obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress, extortion and bribery, income tax and financial fraud, violation of campaign finance laws and an aggressive attorney general could also charge Trump with involuntary manslaughter for contributing to the staggering COVID-19 death toll.

Under both federal and New York law, most felony prosecutions must commence within five years of the commission of an offense. Consequently, Trump could simply refuse to leave the White House claiming that the election results are fraudulent.

Michael Cohen, Trump’s former go-to-guy, warned in his February 2019 testimony before Congress and the reviews of his new book, “Disloyal,” fears that if Trump loses in November that there will never be a peaceful transition of power!
