It is illegal to drive with your brights on and not dim them for oncoming or same side traffic, and this has become a real problem on city streets and highways. It’s obvious that if you need to have your brights on to drive at night then you shouldn’t be driving, period, because your bright lights blind other drivers and will cause accidents. Please write to your representatives and local police and ask them to step up enforcement of this law.
