GREENFIELD — Greenfield Police are looking for the individual who allegedly robbed Call’s Corner Store on Conway Street on Tuesday night before fleeing the business with its cash register.

According to Deputy Police Chief William Gordon, investigating officers deployed a K-9, which has given them some information on the suspect’s direction of travel. The incident remains under investigation.

Police responded to reports of the robbery at 8:22 p.m. after a masked individual, believed to be male, walked into the store wearing a black hoodie, according to Gordon. The suspect, who Gordon said was possibly carrying a weapon, demanded money, took the register and fled.

Anyone with information relevant to the case can contact the Greenfield Police Department at 413-773-5411.
