Greenfield, Aug. 21, Judge Mark Pasquariello

Krzystof Bielicki, 53, of River Road, Sunderland. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member. Released on personal recognizance. Must stay away from and have no contact with a named person, and must have no abuse of the alleged victim. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. Haley Gomez, 20, of Simmond Street, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until 2/20/18, and must take and complete the safe driver education program, Found not responsible for speeding, and marked lanes violation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Shawn W. Chaisson, 41, of South Shore Drive, Orange. Pleaded guilty to trespassing, fined $100, with $25 surfine, plus victim-witness assessment of $50, and it was paid in full this day. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Greenfield, Aug. 23, Judge William Mazanec III

Everett M. Cuffee, 19, of Mohawk Trail, Shelburne Falls. Found guilty in a jury trail for operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, with 210-day loss of license, placed on probation until 8/22/18, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, but the fee of $726.80 was waived in this case. Must have mental health evaluation and take any after care recommended. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month to community service, unless paying on another case.

Greenfield, Aug. 23, Judge Michael Ripps

Richard L. Murchison, 63, of Washington Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, subsequent offense, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, subsequent offense, and possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine with intent to distribute, subsequent offense. Bail set at $3,500 cash, and must have no drugs or alcohol. Subject to screens/tests, excepting marijuana. Continued to 9/13/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jared Wiggin, 19, of Commonwealth Avenue, Northfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 11/21/17 for wanton destruction of property under $250, and ordered to perform 60 hours of community service in lieu of court costs.

Gary F. Robbins, 49, of Homer, Alaska. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of drugs, violation of miscellaneous code of Massachusetts regulations and disorderly conduct in Deerfield. Christine Johnson, (both cq) 25, of Thetford, Vt. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield by state police. Sentenced to 10 days the house of correction, with credit for time held. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine with intent to distribute, amended down from trafficking in 18 grams or more, or less than 36 grams of cocaine. Placed on probation until 8/23/19, with victim-witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any after-care treatment recommended, and must have no drugs, subject to screens. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Christopher G. Ferroro, 33, of Lebanon, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and going the wrong way on a state highway in Whately by state police. Bail set at $500 cash, or $5,000 surety. Continued to 10/26/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jeffrey L. Taylor, 22, of Union Street, Greenfield, Pleaded innocent to failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, speeding, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, no inspection sticker, passing violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no operation of a motor vehicle. Continued to 10/5/17 for pretrial conference.

Nicole H. Farewell, 21, of Canaan, N.H. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle in violation of a class of license, no registration in possession, motor vehicle lights violation, conspiracy to violate drug laws with two others regarding tending to distribute a class A drug, and speeding in Bernardston by state police.
