BERNARDSTON — A Deerfield man was injured after his car was struck from behind on Route 10/Gill Road Thursday morning. His daughter, riding in the back passenger seat, was not injured.
The injured driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Police Chief James Palmeri declined to give the names of three people involved in the accident.
He said the Deerfield man was starting to make a left turn onto Parmenter Road, when he was hit from behind by a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, driven by a Newfane, Vt., resident. The accident is still under investigation.
