First-time home buyer series starts March 15

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Cooperative Bank and Valley Community Development are presenting three webinars for first-time home buyers starting March 15.

Panelists Missy Tetreault, associate vice president and senior mortgage originator, and Kim Gates, mortgage originator, will lead sessions on March 15, March 16 and March 23, all from 6 to 9 p.m. Participants will learn facts from real estate professionals, including attorneys, loan officers, real estate agents, home inspectors and housing counselors; learn tips for improving their credit; and get to ask questions to help proceed toward making this important life decision.

The cost is $50 for two adults in the same household. Registration is non-refundable and attendance is required at all three sessions. Participants will receive Zoom links on the day of each session.
